Sometimes the male breast enlargement or gynecomastia can be so huge that it appears like a female breast. In such cases a technique of breast reduction that is used in the female breast can be carried out. The case illustrated above had a similar breast reduction procedure and the patient was quite happy with the results. An immediate post op picture is shown and the scars usually settle over time. The overhanging breast has been removed and the nipple aerola complex is now in its correct position+
